What is Via Friends?

Simply put—it’s small groups. But it’s more than that. Via Friends is how you find real connection and lasting community at Via.

We believe life change happens in relationships. Growth, discipleship, and transformation don’t happen in isolation—they happen together. That’s why every Via Friends group is built for real, authentic connection. A place where you can show up as you are, be known, and be loved. Because the deeper the relationships, the deeper the growth. And as you grow, you’ll be captivated by Christ’s love and equipped to live in His truth.

Via Friends is how you move from attending to belonging.

It’s where real relationships happen and community goes beyond Sunday.

There are three main ways to get connected:

  • STUDY

Twice-a-month small group gatherings designed for real connection and spiritual growth. These groups meet in various locations, for different audiences, and dive deeper into Sunday’s message—helping you apply God’s truth to your daily life.

  • SOCIAL

Because faith isn’t just learned—it’s lived in community. These social gatherings create opportunities to connect and have fun over coffee, hikes, food, games, and more. Most groups meet twice a month, but schedules are flexible based on the leader.

  • WORKSHOPS

Short-term, high-impact classes (9 weeks) that equip you with practical tools for life. Right now, we’re offering Financial Peace University (FPU)—a proven way to take control of your finances and build a stronger future.

The Impact of Via Friends

“Our VIA Friends Study has been such a gift to me. Having our community of friendship and encouragement has reminded me of the importance and necessity of relationships in the body. We need one another. I am grateful the Lord brought each of us together by His design and gave us the space and freedom to be real and vulnerable with one another. I love our VIA Fam!"

— N.K.

“Through Via Friends, we have seen a shift from God in our lives and in the lives of our group. He’s opened doors for new friendships and has answered prayers for us to be in genuine community with one another in love and realness! We love Via Friends!” "

— T.

“Via Friends has been a blessing for us since we’ve joined over a year ago. Though Via Friends, we have been connected with a faithful and kind support system who empowered us while we went through our challenging IVF journey. We even met others who previously went through IVF themselves or were currently going through it at the same time as us."
