Who is CORE for?

CORE is for adults who are ready to grow in faith, build real connections, and discover their purpose.

You’ll learn what it means to follow Jesus, live generously, and be part of something bigger than yourself. You’ll see who Via is, how we operate, and—most importantly—why God brought you here. By the end, you won’t just attend church; you’ll know how to make a difference and become an essential part of the Body of Christ.

  • CORE is for adults who want to deepen their relationship with God, feel truly known in the community, and find ways to contribute at Via. Whether you’re new or have been attending for years, CORE will help you take the next step in your faith journey.

  • CORE stands for Connected, Others-Focused, Radically Generous, and Excited to Invite—values that shape our journey of discipleship and engagement at Via Church.

    • Developing a deeper relationship with Jesus

    • The heart and vision of Via Church

    • Your spiritual gifts and how to use them to serve

    • Living a life of generosity and purpose

  • CORE starts at the beginning of every month and meets on Sundays from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at the Via Offices.

  • The cost is $30 per person, which includes materials, lunch, and three online assessments. Childcare is available for an additional $10 per family per week.

  • You can register on the Church Center App.

  • Many people form strong connections in CORE and continue meeting in a Via Friends Group. You’ll also have a clear understanding of how you can grow and serve at Via in a way that fits your gifts and passions.
